This was one of the big unknowns that we faced when we joined the class. Coming from a class where everyone used the same or similar kit and each sailmaker provided a very similar tuning guide/ idiots guide it was easy to get it right quickly.
When we started sailing Slippery we used a main shroud tension of 400 lbs as we did for the enterprise. You can probably use a bit less. Mast rake should be set to leave you with a slight weather helm when the boat it sailing upright. Cap shrouds, d2's and lowers need to be set up to match the mainsail. So it is a bit of trial and error. However this will be down to how it looks when sailing.
I would suggest getting out and sailing the boat make a few tweaks and sailit again etc. If John hasn't changed the settings that Paul had it should be pretty good.
