Spiderman underlined his feminine credentials by only sailing a boat with color co-ordinated foils.

My spidey sense is telling me the height adjustment wand is out the water which means I'm about to wipe out.

Spidermans real identity was revealed this week after Peter Parker packed his sailing bag in the dark... "I just picked up what I thought was my shorty!"

....and the winner is, after a close conest, nothing between them, it was a close call, by a whisker - Tim the Cougar Noyce, why are you a cougar?

That day, July07, I realised after returning ashore that the centreboard flap (that is linked to and controled by the wand, to automatically adjust ride height to lift the hull to about 1-2ft only, and as the wand goes vertical, pulled fwds by bungee against the resistance of the water, the flap stops providing lift) had disapeared and probably came off during launching. So the wand was doing absolutely nothing all day! Height was controled by stepping forwards and backwards - I thought it was being badly behaved! Although a little precarious was still suprisingly sailable.

Then Spidy jumped aboard to complete a mission. He could just about see where he has going thru his mask but struggled to breath when it got wet.

From the outset it was suggested that this would be a Superheros fancy dress class, compulsory in the NOR for racing. Imagine 16 Superheros flying around a course. But others failed to embrace the concept. Something for the Cherubs to take on....?

Excellent story Pete, I think the lack of cape gives Spidy an advantage over the rest of the other superheroes.

"Oh look," said Hermione, "under all these pallettes I've found just what you need - a Cherub."

"Be serious!" replied Harry, "I can't ride that in the Quidditch final tomorrow!"
