OK I will record that.

We have 10 exhibitor wrist bands and 5 build up bands for the friday.

and how go we get our grubby hands on one of those?

If anyone wants to stay at ours Friday/Sat night you are welcome but we are quite a distance from Ally Pally.

On unconnected but great news it looks like the majority of the bund at QMSC may finally be consigned to the dredger bucket.  They have cleared it of all vegitation and built up a small wave wall on the edge of the lake with the longest fetch, so looking more serious about this than ever before.

Maff,

Your help would be very usefull but is not essential if something else crops up.  I hope to arrive around lunch time subject to when Paul intends to drop the boat and boat stand off which could be earlier.  Either way I hope to be there when paul arrives.  I will have the back boards, TV stand and some stuff for Hayley)

Simon is bringing his mast and sails at around 3pm.  Paul hopes to arrive back around this time to rig or complete rigging of the boat.

Hayley should arrive by 5:30pm with the new posters and info sheets.

Ben Rushton planned to arrive around 7pm with the I MAC for the video.  I suggest we load the video on to ben's i Mac and check that it plays correctly.

Ok final version of the rota.

I have added a third person on to some of Saturdays slots. Hayley is on the first slot to ensure that the collection for the BHF is being pushed correctly.  Since stu has offered to do a Saturday slot  This will allow Will to attend the committee meeting during the 12:00 - 14:00 shift.
Maff provides a committee presence alongside Andy and Jill in the 14:00 -16:00 shift.
The logic behind it is that the show is generally more busy on the Saturday and we have more offers for help on the saturday.

Thanks for those who have offered to help on Sunday.  Some of us are down for 2 shifts to ensure that the stand is manned.  Those on the last shift will be involved to some extend in the break down of the stand.  If people are at the show at the end and are able to help with the breakdown that would be most helpful.

Wrist bands will be available to those helping on the stand.  We may do some recycling so please do not leave with it.

You make me sound like a school mistress! Oh well, in Sarah's absence...
Rota is fine with me. I'll be around on Friday from about 5pm for as long as required.

Even if you are, and even if there is such a thing as a subservient schoolmistress, I think you might have to settle for a sticker and a lollipop like all the other boys and girls.
