Probably not my place but just a shout out that the first event is rapidly approaching at Whitstable 5th-6th June. For those of you that have never been Whitstable offers fantastic sailing and launching facilities.

Theres been a stuttering of a Cherub fleet there in the last few years, and I know that people have lobbied hard to get cherubs included in their usual B14/musto skiff event; its a very skiff friendly place and there interest from existing members that we might be able to convert into fleet members !

I live a fair drive away (best part of 1hr) - but if anyone wants a bed (old people have first dibs on a bed !) or floor space you'd be very welcome.

Would be fantastic to get some numbers there, so start your planning now !

Well said Graham, we have lobbied hard for this event so please come and support it if your able.
Likewise I live about 40mins from the club and can offer accomodation.

I plan to attend with Alex and the Badger. Not sure how long it will take me to get there.... I am guessing quite a long time from Devon!
