Tfoil has just come on. Weight has needed to go outwards to 2 wire and now needs to come back to hitch a ride over the foil as transom is up and bow has gone down.

Need to try to trapeze at same height. Sarah is over commited (at risk if a lull) so needs to be higher and Phil is so high he is not balanced (or wouldnt be if a little more heel) so needs to go lower

'Bow deep' with crew on foredeck and a little heel to reduce wetted area in drift mode. Fine skills by Mr Tinner.

Usagi's main was very full & hooked leach in this drifter until we pulled some cunny on to flaten it and opmen the leach.
1) slacken kicker
2) tighten cunny
3) slacken battens
4) bend mast - slacken D1 or D2? tighten uppers? sweep spreaders back?

Thanks for the tips both above and on the day.

it is a weird feeling being so powered up in so little wind.

On the kite run photos it appears that the jib is too open and perhaps the main oversheeted as well.
And yes I can see I need to go lower on the wire.

Improvements to boat being planned for this weekend.

Things are going well. First you get your flat and now compliments on your sailing from Pete.

Pete is going to send me some video of the training day - right at the end the wind piped up nicely to a F3/4 (we maxed out at 15.9knts) and we went back out for a bit more tacking practice with Pete which he videoed.  The 'how not to do it' training video will be available shortly.

Talking of the above has anyone got a copy of the video from the training session at draycote a couple of years ago i think there was a bit of footage of me and Ross in "Eggbert" but i didn't get time to watch it on the night cause i had to get back for work the next day.
