I plan to take 2 weeks off, and have the nationals as the second week. That way I can spend the first week making my way up to Scotland and stopping various places along the way and stretch my legs out on the mountain bike. Can't wait!

We will be taking the week off and are intending to go to Largs.  Long drive on the Friday evening...

Well this is a bit weird. Guess where the Australian Cherub fleet are having their Nationals in 2010? - Largs Bay Sailing Club!

OK guys, we've had to make a bit of a change of plan. Largs SC, who hold the Largs Regatta and round Cumbraes, have changed the date to the week after. So it now clashes with the Nationals.

I'm really sorry to those who had planned to do the regatta the previous weekend.

This means that we have had to re-schedule the Northern leg of the Travellers Trophy. This will now be held at Kielder SC on 1st and 2nd May.

OK guys, things are changing very quickly...

Kielder will not be the Northern traveller event.

The Northern traveller will be held at Sunderland YC on 21st and 22nd August, the weekend before the Nationals begin.

That sounds like a good plan. It will break the journey on the way up.  Looking forward to it!

The Round Cumbrae race is on the Sunday after the Nationals i.e. 29 Aug the next day.
We are planning on heading across and doing it.

Hi Chris, we are just finalising the details for the nationals regarding cost etc and hope to have an entry form available in the next couple of weeks. Once online you will be able to pay by cheque or via an online payment.

Which boat will you be bringing?
