Trapeze adjuster line length
« on: November 22, 2020, 11:12:32 PM »
When/if people are near their boats, could someone measure what their trapeze adjuster (the 2:1 bit) is fully extended please? ???

As an aside could you then let me know if you have the (usually dyneema) rope spiced up to be adjustable/do you actually adjust it?

I find that Poppy’s 2:1 part seems to be massive but want to get some numbers before I get the scissors out.

Thanks
Jamie

Hi Jamie,

See photo. My 2:1 bit is 750mm, centre to centre.
And yes, got adjustable splice at the top of the trap lines, which I have and do adjust, mostly for different crews, short arse generally needs it a bit longer so they can reach the handle etc.

Hope that helps.
