Social, for ease of transportation my vote is for 2 or 3.

So I see.  With regards a social I suggest we could do one of 3 things:
1. Be social and join the B14's.  I've never been to The Goat though have been past it many times and never felt the urge to stop off.   Would need motor instead of foot power from our house to get there.  Similar distance to either for those stopping in the Premier Inn, Holiday Inn or TL.

2. The Magpie (where we have drunk before by the river) will have just been re-furbished (closed at the moment) with new inside, new kitchen and new menu.  Could be worth checking out drink and food this time - we could reserve a space inside.  Nicer location than the Goat for a beer though can't speak for the differences on food

3.  The tried and tested beer and curry approach as per the past 2 years (Magpie and Shahin).

We can pin the trackers to the youngsters so when they drink too much and fall in the river we know where to fish for them.

Your wish is my command.  We were at The Magpie last night and I have booked dinner for 20-25 people at 7:30.  I'll up-load the menu at some point.  Pub (including kitchen) has just been re-done and they are no longer tied to Greene King ales so they have quite a good selection of local beers.

Forgot to say the upstairs is now a restaurant so I guess that means it is OK for those with crews who look under 18.

Usual floor space available at our house for those who will be around Sat eve.  Or there is now a Premier Inn and Travelodge right by Sunbury X.

suicide is now in and would be happy with putting the money in for a boat tracker, at least then somebody might know where were going!!
Also if we could grab some floor space for helm and crew that would be much appreciated

look forwards to seeing you all there :)

and the menu for those who take a long time to decide.

Or if you are a hard up student there is a chip shop within walking distance, a bench by the river for eating them and the pub below the restaurant for beer

Any idea where I can see a copy of the NOR or SI's? [Ben I will sign up to the association in next couple of days when I get some free time]

Cheers Chris [Ronin]

Hi Chris,
The NOR will be up tomorrow on the QMSC website with some luck and the SI's will be available on registration.
I have edited the first post in this thread to include the start times and entry fee etc.
When you get a chance that would be great!

Corrected on the front page of this thread - Well done Ben.

Andy, although I've not spent too much time in your garage, I think my crew has kindly booked accommodation for Sat next to the pub!
