Si, yes, please pay all money for shirts to the class with entry fee as per order form.

Nigel, how much do you want one? And how much will Sam pay for you not to wear it?  :)

...fantastic idea Hayley - I think Sam would pay megabucks...might recoup much of the cost of the Vietnam trip

Don't forget that today is the last day of reduced entry fees for the Nationals at Babbacombe. From midnight tonight the fee increases to £135.

If you were awarded a perpetual trophy last year please bring it with you or make arrangements to return it to someone who is coming.  The assett tracker identifies last year's winner.  i can also post a table of the same info.

If you haven't entered yet, why not and get a move on  ;D

If you want T-shirt and/or hoodie (this year with an exciting choice of colours) please fill out the form attached to the entry form and pm me. Order is going in on Monday.

Design is as per the dinghy show but larger (it's a cherub on the back of the shirt, heart on the front) print in dark blue, your choice of shirt colour.

I'm not really a betting man but I was wondering what the odds were on seeing someone wearing a shortie wetsuit at least once at this year's Nationals? They were in short supply in Pwllheli last year.

I bought one in July 2012 and didn't use it until this May!

We had a lovely little sail at Babbacombe today. Wind was a bit flukey but my shortie did get an outing.  Unfortunately we came off the water just before the sea breeze kicked in at 2pm. The club members were very welcoming albeit there were a few cries of "you're a bit early!". They have made a big effort to get things ship shape for our arrival and it looks like it's going to be a fantastic nationals.

Found the ashes in Digbys room, will be bringing them down.
Thanks

Another nice sail at Babbacombe today. Interesting conditions.  "Pocket gust" doesn't really do it justice. The art of leaping from foredeck to flat wiring while simultaneously letting out 3 metres of main, pulling it back in again and then swinging back to foredeck every 30 seconds takes a bit of getting used to. And the local taser sailors found it highly amusing. Still, we managed to stay upright and the sun was shining .
Meanwhile lots of hard work is being done to prepare for our arrival by the lovely club members. Good news - there will be morning bacon baps, food when we come off the water and a well-stocked bar all within 20 metres of the sea  ;D
