Glyn Charles Pursuit Race. Sunday 20th May
« on: May 16, 2012, 01:16:23 PM »
We are planning to do the Glyn Charles Pursuit Race this Sunday at HISC.

Any one fancy joining us.
We start at 12:08, 5 minutes before a 4.4m high water so the harbour should be full enough to sail anywhere all race.
Forecast is for 12 gusting 16kts from the NE.
£12 (£6 for under 18s) entry can be done on line.

We were planning to until the gantry broke last weekend.  Still might in the 200 but it was hard work in that last year.  We are sailing at Itchenor all day Saturday so may lack motivation if the rain is as predicted on Sunday.

Good luck off 830, you will do well to challenge on that PY.

Sorry Clive, we were tempted, but its Thursday, I'm seperated by 100 miles from the boat and I dont possess the organisational skills required

Hopefully I will see you all at Weston.
I am sure that I will do a better job of convincing them that the PY is wrong with out the rest of you coming and thrashing us.

Give us a shout if you see us on Saturday Andy.
