Blast Videos etc...

Hi

I'm just editing this video of the blast, and need a few bits and pieces to finish it off.

Does anybody have any sailing photos of- Ronin, Born Slippy, Kokopelli or Suicide Blonde? Ideally they should be high-res so I can get some decent quality out of them.

Or even better still, does anybody have any video of them?

If nobody does, I can have them in the video with photos of them from other events, or just only mention the boats I have video footage of... which one do you guys prefer?

Should be finished within the next few days.

I like it Piers...sadly the photos Gill took were all with a small waterproof compact. Decent megapixels but low light conditions do challenge the small lens.

I will send you/try to send full res versions including the Kokopelli shot you've already used.

The reason it isn't working on mobiles is because the music is copyrighted... I have nearly finished the full edit so don't really want to change the music! I will see if there is a way round it..

Nothing as yet, Adem is away on a field trip.  The video should hopefully be up by next week if he gets back soon!

I've wayched the vid a few times now and what I really like about it is the way it individualises the boats eg using their names and 'insignias' .

This is a very 'cherub' thing to do...eg as far as I know we are the only class to give a history of the boats on the website.

Cheers Torchy, I have just  cracked exporting in HD now, so the full video should be up in 720p HD.

The logos are mostly ones I came up with/ found, If any of the boats owners want me to change it to something different if they just email me the file and I'll put it on.

Slippery's logo is fine with me that is what I was planning for last years paintjob but it never happened maybe in time for nationals this year.
