I hope we may be there with a new boat, if only using cheeses sails. Xxx

Any special requests for this Saturday?

Last year the focus was 'trapezing' but the wind was a tad light.

As ever we will no doubt touch on ther whole sport of sailing (!) but it is always good to have a focus.

Forecast looks like kind medium airs which will be ideal.

From our side (Ronin) it's body placement and hand changes while tacking/gybing.

we have tried to work on this a few times but need someone out of the boat to watch /film who's stepping where.

thanks

For us I think it is gybing technique.  Similar to ronin.  I can't criticise the crew (I'm not allowed to) but i think it is a combination of technique body placement and confidence that sees us swimming on a number of ocasions.

Most likely the above is made worse by going into the gybe too slowly /being cautious.
