Dinghy Sailing Magazine Boat Building Competition

The current issue of Dinghy Sailing magazine advertises a boat building competition. Two teams of three people will be issued with a dilapidated hull at the march Dinghy Sailing show and asked to design a boat and rig about it. 1 week later the two refirbished boats will race against each other. The race starts with a capsize and recovery.

It is not exactly clear what the building time is but I'm sure more details will be available.
