Send a picture!

I sailed your boat with Phil Alderson at the 1995 nationals: Here's a video.

I can't think of a spinnaker to suit your needs right now, but I am sure there is one aout there for you.

A 4 tonner kite would be good I think. A little bigger than 97 rules but thats ok! I havent got one for sale though.

Rare as chickens teeth as well! can't help much on the kite front but I'll post if anything comes up. 29er kite would be good.

hi sorry its been so long.
ok have made a bit of a mistake i think not shore wot rule the kite comes in to but from kite pully in mast to end of pole is 6m so luff would have to be a bit smaller i think.
thnks jim

Hi Jim,

I have a 1990's rule kite that is probably in similar condition to the one you have, also some low hoist height 97 rules ones that might fit, you may have to move the hoist height but you would not need an extra set of spreaders

ah that sounds great the hoist hight has been higher at some point then moved back down as there is a pully hole in the mast about a foot higher i will take some measure ments and post them up and if any will fit it would be great to meet up i am also intrested in the older kite as mine has about 7 foot long ripps and more holes and is only any good for keeping the dust off things when sanding cheers jim

hi after measureing the front edge of kite (clue to head) is 6 m bottom edge (clue to tack) is 3.10 m and back edge (tack to head) is 4.95m and there is about 60cm from kite hoist pully to top of mast for enlargement thanks jim
