I wish there were... but I didn't see anyone with a camera. (doesnt mean that there weren't any though, they could have been tactically hiding behind the spray!)

I'm sure I asked most people so sorry to repeat myself, but my main and jib hyde sailbags went walkies on the last day which is a major pain in d'ass.

If you could have a look if they got mixed up with all the yellow bags that were around, i'd be grateful. Mine were hanging on the railings of the launching ramp, and were not marked in any way, yes I know stupid stupid stupid.

No hyde sail bags, sorry Graham.

But we did manage to rescue a forgotten set of Caws (prob '97 rules). We thought they were Strangely Brown, but Little T thinks they might be Monkey's.

Any takers?

The Caws could be Sgt. Murphy's ex suicide set?
Bruce brought them down for the strangelys. Funny enough but Sgt may well be needing them again after the camel trading we are currently doing.

That was a few hours of work time put to one side to write it! Tried to include everyone, so hope no one is disappointed. My memory from the week was a bit blurred as I had so much on all week, I just remembered that I really enjoyed it!

My memory from the week was a bit blurred as I had so much on all week,
Good work: I could never manage any kind of half decent write up after I had left the venue. I used to wander round the bar early in the evening with a pint in one hand and a voice activated tape recorder in the other and ask every crew for notable incidents/events/disasters and then write up a few paragraphs each evening. Nothing else worked for me! Sadly my veteran-of-at-least-5-champs-reports laptop died last month with a keyboard problem...

Hmmmm, luckily I have a pretty good photographic memory so I can remember events pretty much as and when they happened... ask me to learn lines of a script or music lyrics on the other hand and I'm completely lost!

I had intended to go round and ask people for input on a daily basis (as the Osprey report on Y&Y) but sadly didn't find time. Maybe next year!  ::)

Oh, and for the record, my memory wasn't blurred by alcohol just lots of driving, organising and incredible sailing!

Excellent report Tim and with the photos it should make sailors from other classes really envious. What an awesome week! Looking forward to getting my mitts on some higher resolution photos of the event even though I seem to be equally non photogenic on the water as I am off it!  :)

We're not a big fleet, but we make our presence known wherever we go .....

I really like this shot from the nationals.

Really goes to show how pointy the new boats are... and that there are still some exciting paint jobs in the fleet!
