I'm afraid me and the Squid wont be there this weekend. I've had some things come up, and a few personal issues to sort too so simply cant make it. However, I'll be at the next one hopefully, really want to get her sailing, and you lot looking at her and helping me sort her out.

Dave and Issac put up an astonishing fight through gear failure and a badly rigged kite to come out second.

Jamie Pearson and Rosie Williamson held on to the last, only dropping to third because of an upset stomach causing them to be late.

Pretty breezy with a little bit of chop Saturday. Amazing sailing conditions. Sunday was light, and dropped to nearly nothing, leading to the final 2 races being abandoned.

Lots of people with kite issues Saturday - Banshee along with Eleanor and Cool Beans. Think we've forgotten how to rig over winter. 1 gooseneck died on EJ, shame as I think she was second at the time. Only other breaks were Dave's jib clew, my boatbreaker, and Jamie's stomach.
