I would love to help.
However, despite being a very keen, yet perhaps slightly naive if not lacking knowledge in the area of cherubs, I am at a university visit day (on the 28th, and come back late on the 1st). So, cannot.
Although when I was fully intending to go to the Dinghy Show (before I was invited to the visit day), I bought a pair of train tickets to get to Alexandra Palace, and back, from specifically Stourbridge, although go via Moor Street and Snow Hill so pretty much easy to get to from anywhere (reasonably!) close to Birmingham.
The tickets were originally £69 for both sets, but I want very little for them (especially if they help someone get to the Dinghy Show, to enjoy the day, even when I can't).
They will get you to the show on time for David Henshall's new book release, and mean you can spend most of the day there with someone of your choice, not to mention the lack of 'extra' cost associated with new train tickets...
So, if anyone has a use for these tickets, please let me know and they can be on your way!
Cheers,
Max
PS - although this could be considered hijacking the thread, it could also get someone to the Dinghy Show to help on the stand, when (despite wanting to), I can't....(but, admins - do what is required, if anything to this post...)
