Unfortunately team Slatter are in hot and sunny Dubai and Saudi ( going to sail moths and 18ft skiffs along with checking the progress of the paterson 8 currently being constructed out there), I am looking forward to the next event after this.

As normal anyone who wants a bed/floor space is welcome to stay at my house. This is a cherub only event, so if you can make it please do as the club would appreciate as many boats as we can get.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Am intending to bring Cheese (and Tom) to Sheppey. We are very new to the Travellers series so was wondering if there is likely to be an event update on this forum or if anyone out there can offer an advice on times, cost, accommodation, etc.?

Crewed Cheese for the first time on Sunday, still struggling to walk on Wednesday!

Dean and/or Si will be along to confirm shortly about timings and cost.

As a general rule expect entry to be around £30. Si has indicated that accommodation is via floor at either the club or Si's house (both about equidistant from the bottom of the slipway).

All welcome and should be a fantastic event - sheppy are always very welcoming.

((PS The only way it gets easier is with more time in the boat :-) ))

Hi all,
The cost for this one is £30.00 there are six races scheduled 3 per day sailed back to back.
The briefing is 12.00 on Saturday first race at 13.00, on Sunday the start is 11.00 with no races to be started after 15.00.
Food in the evening will be a takeaway curry delivered to the clubhouse, and as Ro has said accommodation is available at mine or the clubhouse.
Hope to see as many of you there as possible for what should be a great weekends sailing.

Todays's rumour is that Born Slippy will be there. Piloted by a skinny hairy kid - with some serious military hardware on the wire.
