Dave, What do you need measuring? I am not sure when I can be at the club this weekend but I do plan to be there at some point. I'll try and sort something out.

not sure we do need measuring but some years people have a lead fetish personally I'd rather not bother.
I am just calculating what sort of time we need to get there, I need my beauty sleep. You don't get this handsome without regular sleep and a healthy diet.

Is everyone who is likely and unlikely to come getting a phone call regarding times?
Can we assume there will be no measuring this year?
any idea of social programme

An email is quicker and easier. Will ask if PJ wants to send me the addresses and phone numbers to follow up those who don't reply.

Most will have seen Roland's post with 'IT IS 11am START ON SATURDAY' in big capitals (look I've done it again)
Previously 2685 'Loco Perro' and 2345 'Tachyon'

E numbers has not had any changes this year and since her last weighing. Dave's tuned the rig so after 4 year's the boat is now set up properly.

A thought for the future!
The SI.s identify that a boat may be measured at a point during the championships.
Some classes measure prescribed items on all boats, others check the top three in a race others may do random checks.

all methods are there to ensure that the class rules are being complied with.
It would be reasonable for all declared changes that affect measurement are measured during the championships.
It would also be reasonable to conduct random checks on items that are prone to variation. eg. weight

No measurement will eventually make the rules worthless.

I have deduced that the AGM is on Sunday.
Is there a plan for the other planned socials?

I haven't seen any details on these yet and found the poster impossible to read when zoomed in.
Sarah is keen to join us for at least one social after sunning herself on Weymouth beach.

Hi Phil.
If Sarah is on Weymouth beach I think that you are at the wrong club.
Hoist the kite and you will be here in a day.
Clive.

There are some good photos of the action on the Weston SC Facebook page.
