Eleanor needs a new crew!
I need someone who will be able to do at least 2 sails a month.
At least one will be practice in Poole the other an Open.
Skill level not really important as on the job training is offered..
Ideally the successful candidate will be below 75kg.
A good incentive program and the work place has its own gym and playpen.
