Seems to compete favourably price-wise with the current 'market leader' Hero 2 and is HD

The FAQ questions raised about "misting" and water in the case are a concern.

On a related topic. We have some great video from the Muvi HD camera that was mast head on Marmite. The case on that is certified to 30m and the company have just agreed to replace the unit for free (third capsize, case full of water).

I really like the GPS+Accel+HD video idea though...
