Weston SC 60th Anniversary Regatta - 3/4/5 June 2012

We will be down on Saturday after collecting Ronin from Weymouth first thing. Hope to get rigged in time for a bit of a sail about lunchtime before all the water disappears.

I have to be at Hayling for 11 but will come down with Atum as soon as I can after I am done there. Hopefully with Sam in tow so we can go for a quick blast although the wind looks to be very light all weekend.

Is anyone attending Weston able to swing by Dynamic Sails to collect my main from repair sometime Thursday or Friday ?

I can swing by on Saturday if you get Dave to leave them in the drop box. I will only get to Weston at 1pm at the earliest though.

I have checked with Weston SC regarding sailing on Saturday, there is no club racing but we are very welcome to use the facilities. The camping field will be open from 11:00am. They will open the bar in the evening and we are welcome to use the BBQ or the pub is only 10mins walk. HW is at 10:30, LW 15:30 so we will be going for a late afternoon, early evening sail, apparently there should be enough water at about 5:00pm to launch safely

Forecast for the weekend looks good, decent wind most days, heavy rain overnight on Saturday though !!

Another triumph of organisation in the RV camp. I'd assumed this was sat/sun/mon and can only make Sat.

Now the penny finally drops, I can still only make Sat, however no racey = no see my facey, So I am sorry, I cant do this one.

I might sail up from Netley on Sunday but won't be racing this weekend, although could also pop in and say hello to the happy campers.
