Does anyone know if we need to register for this before hand or whether we can just turn up on the day?

Does everyone realise the racing is Sunday to Tuesday with a 10am start on Sunday?  We are going to take a relaxed approach to this event and may go blasting instead of racing if the conditions warrant it  (the condition  of my hangover that is )

We had a good sail yesterday at QMSC but heard hissing from the gantry pintle at the end.  The gantry failure of a couple of weeks ago has put a hairline crack in the pintle so we shall fill it up and hope that fixes it!  At least the gantry looks stronger now it has been properly fixed.

I shall come down and rig up on the Saturday. Alex gets back from a school trip to France on the Saturday evening.
If he has had any sleep during the week we should be down for the Sunday morning race.
