Mumbles open regatta July 25/26

Just spotted this.
Had been talking to Roland about getting some practice time ahead of holidays and the Nationals, and one of the options was Mumbles for some venue scouting. And now I find that there is an event that anyone can join in for only £20.
Would anyone else be interested?

This was a complete hoot. Some notes on Mumbles:

1) Friendly club

2) Weird wind when it blows from the wrong direction. Another day where we tacked without changing course

3) with the "normal" wind we will be heading upwind with the tide!

Fair to say Poppy did not do herself justice, but that was mainly down to me being at the sharp end of the boat.
