I will bring a netbook and a multi-card reader. Back home we have a Mac which has good editing software. I've used the software once before when Sam and his mates made a HALO movie so don't expect too much.
If people are happy I will download peoples videos and edit them to produce a short video...might even call it 'The Travelling Thornburys - Cherub open on the Severn' any (Dylan fans out there?)....and does that mean Royal Vic becomes 'Isle of Wight Festival'?
What people outside the class want is action footage on the water. From watching the Santander videos the best shots seem to come from 'Boomcams' (on an extension), on deck (just inboard of the shrouds looking diagonally backwards) and HEADCAMS (I know many feel foolish wearing them but that's only because you DO look stupid...get over it

At least your bum doesn't look big)
When wearing a headcam try to look around sometimes (other boats?) and also get some shots of your crew/helm
