I can fill in a little bit. I have TT results from 1990 season:
1. 2637 Norwegian Blue Dave Roe / Wendy Barclay 120 pts
2. 2705 Flat Stanley Guy Lewinton / Alex Windsor 113 pts
3. 2628 Slartibartfast Graham & Owen Dickenson 90 pts
4. 2642 No Sense No Feeling Bob Clements/Will Perrett etc. 87 pts
5. 2626 Dirty Norhern B*stard Nick Mason / Stuart Coles 84 pts
6. 2641 Halo Jones Danny Johnson / Jim Champ 78 pts
7. 2624 Rebel Clare Butler / Simon Roberts 49 pts
etc. down to 25th place.
1991 is frustrating. I have the Early Summer 1992 Edition of Cherub News. On the front cover, the list of contents includes "Traveller's Trophy Results" (presumably from 1991). However, there is no sign of the TT results inside! Having said that, the Editor (a certain Mr. J.Champ) starts off with "Firstly some apologies. This newsletter is both late and incomplete..."
I have the full 1992 results, but it sounds like you have those already. It was a good season, with 30 boats taking part in the TT. Norwegian Blue won, having attended 10 open meetings!!
I can't find any Cherub News editions for 1993 right now, but I'm sure I have them stashed somewhere. If I come across them I'll let you know.
I have nothing for 1999, but I think Graham Dickenson stopped doing open meetings at around that time, so as I recall there were a few years when the TT placings were never calculated.
The only other one I have is 2004:

3. Norwegian Blue 28pts
4. Halo Jones 27 pts
5. Fizzy Shark 21 pts
etc. down to 20th place.
