Off topic, but are you Jakey D's older brother?

I think Ebay is a good shout for this boat, but don't expect a big payout.

There are several massive trifle fans out there. Having suffered many alien abductions in the sister ship I'd still recommend a trifle to a friend (although warn them of the addictive side effects from over use). Considering the boat is about 20 years old it is amazing how they survive all the punishment we give them.

Seeing as your grin/knot factor is near the top of the fleet I'd suggest using the summer break to head to an event or two with her. One of the travellers will be near you? Not only will you enjoy it, but it will also get the boat back in circulation and prove it still flys.

I met someone recently through work who said he used to sail one of the trifles.

It's a small world.

I would get her out sailing.

Did he have a permenant grin and a somewhat distant look in his eye?

I am another chronic sufferer from the Trifle-induced thousand yard stare.

Roland, have you heard any news of the old ship in Holland?

And when he moved his head, did a small quantity of water fall from his nose?

Bring it to the blast - its the best place to find a buyer. You could even auction it that night!

Yes to the grin and no to the water.
