I just got my renewal quote from Noble, that I think looks a little hefty, anyone got any recomendations ?
-
How much are they charging you? Noble have a great reputation for not haggling over claims, but are definitely not the cheapest you can get.
-
It strikes me as odd that in a class that does most of it's own repairs and must therefore have less claims, we seem to pay a lot for insurance?
-
I just pay 3rd party for about £25.
-
how come?... just did an on-line quote with Noble Marine and it was £42 3rd party? And £291 fully comp on a £7000 grand boat.
The same as a 12ft skiff.

just did an on-line quote with Bishop Skinner....

All tallies, noble was £300 give or take the price of a pint. I think i'll take a look at Bishop Skinner and go for a few pints !

Pretty hefty claim with noble this year and fully comp is around £350 for renual on £3500 value. I think last year it was around £270 fully comp.

Don't think it is new for old. But with Nobles 300 bucks a couple of years and you are almost at what most things are going to cost. I think I may use Bishop Skinner as well. Got some sails that fit today too.

I swapped to bishops skinner this year it was much cheaper

I have insured Slippery through Bishop Skinner as was 2/3's the price of noble and just over double what i was paying 3rd party on Eggbert who Noble would not insure fully comp
