Anyone know where i can find a mast mandrel as i might be making an new mast ?

Also has anyone got the plans for the buttplug design.. which made mango jam

The tooling and layup manual for my mast is available.
However, you need to accept you may break one or two before getting it right. Make a boom/sprit first before trying the lot.

From memory of the last one which was modified, it was as followed:

1) the bottom mast length was too long so needed chopping down

2) Add a second set of spreaders

3) Add extra rigging (caps, D2, extra trap wires) as required.

Nothing too major I think.
