I designed, built and sailed cherubs some years ago, and for that reason am trying this out as an idea to see where it goes.
I now run a company in Hythe near Southampton that undertakes R&D and design-build projects within the renewable energy and marine industries.
We predominantly work with resin infusion and prepreg, and have our own inhouse CNC capabilities.
Due to success within one of the most prestigious wind energy projects around today, we have a vacancy that would suit the sort of person who likes building / modifying dinghies.
The job would involve a vast range of work within a small team, refining process, developing ideas and building parts to a tight schedule.
There are always bits of offcut carbon left over and space for ‘evening projects’!
