Anyone bored and fancy a good giggle this saturday?
If yes then feel free to make your way down to Chew for the launch of 3213.
-
Awesome, stick some pictures up! I'd love to come and look, but need to get some painting done.. Club webcam?

I was caught taking a photo when i saw the boat, and had to have it modified by the Arup legal department until it satisfied the confidentiality agreement, this is all I was left with

Sorry for the lack of pictures, it's just this one is not as fair, pretty or generally to the level we wanted to build. Once again another late night working at half speed sort of sums up the last few weeks, decks almost clear to forget about work for tomorrow and finally get this wet.
Have to admit we have never been as nervous about a launch.
- The trifle we knew nothing of what to expect and she blew our socks off.
- BS was lovely and we already had Will, Neil and Ken telling us how well set up and ready to sail she was. Fantastically quick and lovely.
- EJ No nerves, no knowledge of just how wrong a first sail can be. Maybe taking off in a force 5 in Lymington creek was a bit of a mistake.
So now. If this one folds up or sinks without a trace we will be seriously not too happy....
-
Hope all goes well today, sorry that I'll not be around to join the fun. I'm sure she won't disappoint you, let us know how it goes.

Good Luck Team Trim :)

Great to hear EJ is back on the water again so soon. Hope it went well.
Evo's first sail was a bit diluted due to lack of wind and a slight ingress of water through the centreboard case. Fillet going in tonight and ready for what looks like a honking blast tomorrow at Chew. Some video, pictures and Wiki update to follow (thanks to Tom and Stuberry).

wish i could join you tommorrow!!! but rwevision dictates that it is not to be!
-
We are by no estimation race ready yet but the was to take EJ out and see what was wrong.
Light winds were ideal for us. I had rigged a number of things wrong including the Tfoil and bungee return on the pole.
Good luck today.
I am going to spend the evening re rigging bits.
-
Forgot to say even with all the problems EJ behaved well and clearly wants to go fast.

All this secrecy is not very Cherubby, is it?
