Has anyone got any top tips for removing progrip and the bogie like stuff it leaves behind?

I used International epoxy thinner... Still a right pain in the arse.

A cold beer in the fridge that you aren't going to allow yourself until you've finished: because after all the miserable scraping you are going to need it badly...

Worn out sand paper on a rotary sander can help. It can melt the sticky stuff and roll it into a ball along the line of your sanding. Care is needed to avoid damage though.
