Title: Brass Monkey mini blast
Post by: BenR on December 09, 2011, 11:41:21 AM
Sam and I are going for a blast in Atum next saturday/sunday/both somewhere around Portsmouth/Southampton. Our club is as unsuitable for cherubs as you get (200m slipway over mud to 50m wide channel full of moored boats). So we were wondering if anyone else was sailing in the area the weekend that we could join?
Trying to put off joining another club until next March so I am going to be fairly migratory and in need of places to sail until then. hope it's not too cheeky  :)

Book a weekend in Feb for a trip to Chew - they have offered us a blast weekend, just finalising the dates. By then we will also be able to offer a warmer and better quality of floor space and maybe even a bed or three.

Generally you'd be welcome for a trip West at anypoint.

Hi, Ben,
You are welcome to come and join up with us in the spring.  We had 3 great sails in the harbour from HISC in November.
