Title: Old Faces
Post by: Eggbert on October 09, 2011, 10:01:58 PM
Forgot to say before but Claire mentioned that she had bumped into Patrick Cunningham and he mentioned that little red number could be back on the water soon.  So I was wondering if anybody else had any stories of old faces or boats that may be comming out of the woodwork.

Patrick made an appearance at the nationals.
It's good news that he's thinking of getting LRN back out.  I hope he can join us at a few events.

I exchanged a few e-mails with Tim Dean earlier in the summer. I don't think we'll tempt him out of Cherub retirement - I think he's quite busy doing serious keelboat stuff. However, (not sure if I'm supposed to tell you this but...) he did indicate that Fizzy Shark 2662 - his beautifully built Pasta Frenzy design complete with North Sails, titanium rudder gantry etc., could be up for sale in the near future.
