Fantastic idea!
Having shown to be not very good at Mothing earlier this month I had better pursue this challenge instead.
Katie is already in training and Mumsie will provide consultatiion.

Presumably it should be won by a very light and simple sponge cake with thin multicoloured icing on top - and on a carbon fibre plate...

What about a Chihuahua with some icing on it?

i hope no-one goes down the route ofcake based on an other Simon Roberts design!

Team trim went sailing this weekend, then ate a huge quantity of cake.

If you are entering it would help us if you could PM or post below to give an idea of how many tables we need.

 Yes cake shaping does leave you with a lot of offcuts.  We made these into a trifle.  not a flying one though!
