Old woodie on Ebay in need of some TLC.

1973 ( from measurement cert) Design could be a Foreman 4 (over lap on chines? but could be wrong) built by Spitland boats.

Spithead Boats: that would be Simon Robinson built, which means she would have been a very decent boat before the neglect. 4th in the 1975 Nationals.
