Dates - Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June 2013

Location - Oldbury-on-Severn

Start time - Cherub Class Start (dependant on entry numbers), Saturday 1st Start 11:30am (to be confirmed)

Cost - to be advised

Schedule - 2 races per day

Notice of race - not yet available,

Sailing Instructions - not yet available

Accommodation - camping available on site, B&B

Food and drink - club galley and bar open each day

Travellers Trophy Scoring - 1 discard from 6 events, DNC equal to number of competitors in the travellers series, Inland Championships non discardable

As a warm-up to the event I've updated the travellers series as it currently stands on the wiki.

With the single discard included things are looking fairly close. It is really up to those reading this to come along to move Team
Trim further down the ranking list :-)

As our home open we will be there and camping.  Alex will also be in attendance.  Hopefully I wont wake him up again by getting up at 4am to go to the loo.  This happened last weekend and he wasn't interested in sleeping after that.

Peter and I will be there. Unfortunately we won't have Cool Beans with us as she is still on holiday on the IOW. We will be bringing the merlin with us instead. CB will be ready for Weymouth slightly slimmer and stronger.

I've been a bit snowed under lately but would just like to give a bit more info on the Thornbury Regatta.

So this year we have been awarded the YachtsandYachting.com #GetOutAndSail award for June, so loads of prizes from Harken, International Paints and others.

The event promises to be a good one, with the usual TSC atmosphere, and this year I am the race officer so a) you dont have to worry about me beating you and b) I'll promise to get the results sorted before most of you are even off the water!

First start on Saturday is approx 11:30am and midday on Sunday.

As usual plenty of space to camp, or park up your campervan

And we've got plenty of local beer in.

Thanks to the #GetOutAndSail award we might throw in a few freebies through the weekend.
